It is so nice to hear from you! I apologize for not contacting you before now, as I had planned on updating and thanking you for your services much earlier. Stephanie and Gary just came home from their lovely California honeymoon this past Friday and they had a wonderful time.
 
I want to begin by expressing our abundant gratitude for the wonderful reception that we had at La Fontaine Bleue. Working with you and Amber Blackwell as well, was a great pleasure and your guidance made the wedding planning much easier. The guests loved the decor of the Aster Ballroom, and the frozen non-alcoholic drinks were a hit as well. Personally, I think the Pina Coloda is one of the best i've had here! The waiters and Maitre D or host were friendly, responsible and reliable, which further attributed to our enjoyment of the evening. The entire reception went mostly flawless. Ultimately, I have never seen my sister having more fun or experiencing such joy, and I know that having the reception at La Fontaine was a large contributing factor to that.
 
I will be sure to recommend you on weddingwire and I have already "liked" La Fontaine Bleue on facebook. This truely was a fantastic event that we will never forget, it will be a pleasant memory that my family and I can keep with us for the rest of our lives. I will definitely keep La Fontaine Bleue in mind when hosting other events.
 
On a side note, after experiencing the professionalism and kindness of the serving staff and each member of La fontaine Bleue that helped us with our event, I wanted to inquire about possibly submitting an application to apply for a position there. If La Fontaine Bleue is hiring, I would love to learn more about the open positions for employment this summer.

I just want to say how wonderful and fantastic everything turned out at our reception at La Fontaine Bleue! I was so impressed with the efficiency, friendliness and professionalism your staff displayed during my wedding reception on June 4th. We heard nothing but nice things from our guests about the delicious food and how well organized everything was. I would especially like to commend Brandon, our Maitre'd, for all of his patience during this time. It cannot be easy organizing a bridal party and MCing the whole thing. No mistakes!!! I didn't have to worry about anything. The guests are still talking about the food. The crabcakes were delicious, too! We gave Brandon a tip but unfortunately didn't have enough cash on hand to give him more. We would like to provide him with an additional tip for his service.  Let me know what's the best way to get it to him.
 
We're sitting here trying to come up with another event to host at La Fontaine Bleue we had such a good time. La Fontaine Bleue gave us a wedding reception we'll never forget!!!

We looked for several months to find a venue for a ceremony and reception within our price budget. We found La Fontaine Bleue and it met all of our desires and so much more! Not only was La Fontaine Bleue a beautiful location, it saved us a lot of hassle in other areas with all of the amenities that were included. Having the chapel on site, food prepared on site, and the cake created on site saved us both time and money. We did'nt even have to worry about table decorations or flower arrangements because of the included choices for decorations and the elegant rooms at the venue. The cake was even customized to fit our wishes, not to mention all of the food was outstanding!

La Fontaine Bleue (and Jennifer, our contact) did an amazing job with simplicity along the way and taking care of all the little things for us, including a lot of setup. The tables and chairs, along with their coverings and decorations were perfect in everyway. We could not have gotten luckier, and at such a fabulous price range. We would recommend this to anyone who is on a tight budget but still wants an elegant wedding! We were 110% satisfied!! (5/28/2011)

I want to thank you and your staff at the La Fontaine Bleue for making my daughter's wedding day a success.

She said the reception exceeded her expectation. Every guest in the house complimented how delicious the food tasted. The rice, tilapia, bbq brisket and jerk chicken were all seasoned to perfection. And, the Lemon cake with Butter Cream icing was a hit. My guests were looking for a second slice. I am also glad we chose the platter service, because it made each table feel like family.

I'm sure all of my guests would recommend your establishment for a future event.

April – Barton Wedding

Hi, Gina!

I've been excited to email you about last night! We had a GREAT time! everything was perfect, thank you so much! The food was amazing! All of our guests enjoyed everything they ate. It was all cooked perfectly and had great flavor. The cake was gorgeous and tasted wonderful as well! We've been enjoying left overs for breakfast! Decorations were perfect, the bar tender was awesome and so was our server (Brandon). Thanks again for all of your hard work. It was definitely well worth the money we paid.
 
Also, thanks for recommending Sue and Don. They were amazing and definitely made the night great. Two things we heard a lot of compliments all night about were the food and the entertainment. Thanks again!

December – Reception for Alison Asti

Dear Mr. Stuehler:

On December 7, 2010, I attended a reception for Judge-elect, Alison Asti. Somehow. I managed to lose a Credit Card. You can imagine my surprise when I received a call from your employee, Rodney Harris, telling me that he had found my credit card on the floor under a table. As it turned out, he had traced the name on the card through various internet sites until he came up with my phone number, which he then called.

All companies strive to hire employees who will provide exemplary service to their clients. You succeeded beyond your wildest dreams when you hired Mr. Harris.

I write this letter so that this unsung hero remains unsung no longer. If there is a personnel file for him, please place this letter in it. When he's evaluated for a raise or a promotion, please consider the character he showed in returning my card. It reflects well on La Fontaine Bleu.

Your venue was quite nice and the food was out of this world, but my memory will be of a wonderful man, Rodney Harris, who went out of his way to do the right thing.

I am writing this letter to say thank you. Thank you for making my day special for me. It was beautiful, and the Maitre d', Joan, was awesome; she made sure everything went as smoothly as it did. Thank you for allowing me to have my ceremony in your beautiful chapel--it was beautiful. All in all, I couldn't have done the wedding without the help of everyone at La Fountaine Bleue. June – Retirement Party

Dear Ms. Atkinson,

With enthusiasm I acknowledge the outstanding customer service provided by Bessie and her team at a retirement party I MC'd last Friday, June 4, at La Fontaine Bleue. The party went off without a hitch and a great time was had by all.

I was especially impressed how Bessie was so responsive to meeting all our needs. For example, she was very helpful in  accommodating several changes to the layout of the banquet room to meet our special needs. She was always there when we needed her and she frequently checked in with us to ensure everything was going well.

All the staff I came in contact with were quite friendly. The food, which was delicious, was served on time and kept well stocked. I appreciate the chef's flexibility in accommodating a last minute change to the number of vegan meals. By the way, those who received those special meals told me personally that they were quite good.

I have now attended two retirement parties at La Fontaine Bleue in the last four months. Both were top-notch affairs thanks to you and your staff.
